Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: Yes, we are one of the most professional Chinese producers and exporters. We have invested in two plants, one for Calcium Hypochlorite, TCCA, and SDIC Granular. The other is for tablets.
Q: Do you have a permit to deal with the production and license?
A: Yes, we are the only few companies which are duly Incorporated to produce Calcium Hypochlorite TCCA and SDIC, because they are all hazards chemicals since the founding of the company. We have gained the new audited certificate for hazards chemicals when the government’s new rules implemented in 2014.
Q: Do you have a registered brand for your product? If yes, what is it?
A: We had our brand AquaClear® registered, and till now, we had already exported these two brands to more than 90 countries and regions, in some countries, we have more than 70% market share of our brand.
Q: When did you start to export? And what’s your main market?
A: We have started exporting since April 2007. Till now, we have already exported our products to more than 90 countries and regions worldwide. Our main markets are Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, Australia.
Q: Do you have any license for management and production?
A: We are an ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFIED company.
Q: Do you accept any third party inspections?
A: We accept samples, products, loading to be inspected by SGS, Bureau Veritas, COTECNA, CIQ before shipment. We accept inspections applied by buyers.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: We normally ship your order within 25 days from the date of deposit payment or workable L/C received.
Q: What is the validity of your offers?
A: We normally keep our offers valid within 10 days and within the months which offers were sent.
Q: What documents will you offer after the shipment?
A: We normally offer Bill of Lading, COA, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Insurance, MSDS. We can offer CI verified by the Chamber of commerce, or Origin verified by CCPIT.
Q: Do you have your own inspection facility and system?
A: Yes, for every lot of products, we have our inspection system which ensures the sample is fetched randomly to be inspected by our factory owned laboratory (Provincial audited advanced Lab ), and we have a factory inspection report for each lot of production. And we will send samples randomly to SGS once a month for quality inspection also.
Q: How many QA staffs are there in your factory?
A: We have 3 QA members work in the laboratory for quality inspection, they work and keep daily records and hand over the report to management every week.
Q: How do you treat substandard products?
A: According to ISO 9001:2008 system, we have set up our own raw material and product traceability system, once we find out there is substandard products during production, we will stop production line immediately and seal up all recent lot of products and related raw materials, our engineers and QA staffs will check carefully and find out the reasons and make improvement until everything is alright. For substandard products, we have a recycling system that makes all substandard to be reused until it is qualified. For those non-reusable materials, it will be disposed of under the instructions of engineers to make sure environmental-friendly.
Q: What's your idea toward clients and customers?
A: We consider customers as our lifelong partner. Your success will be our business.
Q: Do you have an agent or sole distributor?
A: The world is small as a village, every company is created equal to compete, we never appoint an agent or stop competing with our own hands. Till today, we have not appointed any agent in any country or region, but we will check seriously if there is any evidence to show the necessity.
Q: Is there any guarantee (warranty) of your products?
A: Yes. We offer one-stand standard MSDS, analysis of data, our shelf life for AquaClear® is 24 months from the production date.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: It depends on the product you purchased, normally 1x20'FCL.
Q: What’s your payment method?
A: We accept T/T & L/C, Western Union.
Q: What about the damage?
A: Any damage must be reported via phone or E-mail within the first 24 hours of the item received. We assume the package is arrived in good condition if no damage report is made within the first 24 hours.
Q:How do you deal with Claims?
A: At AquaClear, we are trying our best to make things alright. If there's any problem happened during the shippment and cause damage or other losses to clients, we will treat it seriously and carefully based on mutul-benefit spirit via friendly communications. First, we would welcome you to present your unloading and cargo pictures or testing report by Email, once a claim is accepted by both parties, our post-sale service team will present a workable solutions for clients.
